– MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor
– MEP Senior Planning Engineer
– MEP Senior Engineer Construction (HVAC/BMS/EPMS/Electrical)
– MEP QAQC Senior Engineer (HVAC/BMS/Electrical/EPMS/FS/PD)
– Senior Engineer BIM
– BIM Modeler
– Architect
Key Requirement:
o Bachelor Degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture
o 15+ years experience and 5+ years in the current role
o Multi-discipline project experience
o Experience in non-residential building construction, preferably experience in the construction of advance technology or life science facilities
o Experience in the application of digital engineering tools and BIM technology for planning, preparation, execution and commissioning of the works
o Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and risk management skills
o Ability to drive compliance and effective governance
o Demonstrated ability to drive business excellence and continuous improvement
