Customer Relations Manager for KSA!

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree holder.
  2. Atleast 5 years experience in Customer Relations Manager role.
  3. Saudi nationals are preferred.
  4. Ability to join immediately.
  5. Excellent IT skills.
  6. Outstanding communication skills.
  7. Fluent in English.

Job main tasks, and responsibilities:

i-Planning, managing and delivering CRM strategy
ii-Building collaborative relationships with marketing teams to gain a great understanding of customer base through insight, segmentation and data analysis
iii-Management of data and CRM agency, resolving any issues that arise during the implementation of CRM campaigns
iv-Analysis and reporting on campaigns effectiveness in terms of traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue
v-Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
