Key Responsibilities

Instrumentation Supervisors & Technicians

Installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems
Handling transmitters, control valves, PLC/DCS systems, analyzers, and field instruments
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Reading and interpreting instrumentation drawings and P&IDs
Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
Supporting shutdown, commissioning, and maintenance activities

Mechanical Supervisors & Technicians

Supervision and execution of mechanical maintenance and installation activities
Maintenance of rotating and static equipment including pumps, compressors, valves, heat exchangers, and pipelines
Planning manpower allocation and coordinating maintenance schedules
Troubleshooting mechanical issues and ensuring equipment reliability
Ensuring quality control and safety compliance during project execution

Electrical Supervisors & Technicians

Installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems
Troubleshooting motors, switchgear, MCC panels, transformers, and power distribution systems
Reading electrical drawings and technical documentation
Supervising electrical maintenance teams and ensuring smooth operations
Following international electrical safety standards and procedures

Candidate Requirements

✅ Relevant technical qualification or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation discipline
✅ Gulf, refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, marine, power plant, or industrial project experience preferred
✅ Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure in multicultural environments
✅ Good communication and teamwork abilities
✅ Experience in shutdowns, commissioning, or maintenance projects will be an added advantage
✅ Supervisory candidates must possess strong leadership and coordination skills
