1️⃣ Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil)
- Experience: Minimum 7 years overall, with at least 5 years in maintenance of hospital or healthcare projects
- Qualification: Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and project coordination
2️⃣ Supervisors (Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience in hospital/healthcare maintenance projects
- Qualification: Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Skills: Team leadership, maintenance supervision, safety compliance, and reporting
3️⃣ Control Room Operators
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, with at least 2 years performing general maintenance activities in the past 5 years
- Qualification: 1-year technical course in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with relevant certifications
- Skills: Operation of control systems, monitoring plant performance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
4️⃣ Water Hygiene Technician
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in hospital/healthcare facility maintenance
- Qualification: 3-year technical course in Mechanical Engineering with certifications
- Skills: Knowledge of water systems, hygiene control measures, water quality monitoring, and preventive maintenance
5️⃣ Plant Room Operator
- Experience: Minimum 3 years recent experience in a similar role or 7 years overall experience
- Qualification: 1-year technical course in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with relevant certifications
- Skills: Operation and maintenance of plant equipment, monitoring systems, and ensuring operational efficiency
