📋 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 (𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹)
• Carry out routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of facilities and equipment
• Ensure all systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) are functioning efficiently
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Maintain safety standards and comply with site regulations
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks on time
✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Relevant technical experience in facilities management, maintenance, or construction projects
• Ability to work in residential, commercial, and industrial environments
• Trade certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification is preferred
• Good understanding of safety procedures and maintenance standards
• Physically fit and capable of handling fieldwork
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
