🎯 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

✔ Minimum 10 years of Oil & Gas project experience
✔ Minimum 15 years experience required for Superintendent role
✔ At least 5 years of relevant experience in the specified role
✔ Strong background in large EPC Oil & Gas projects (LNG / Refinery / Petrochemical preferred)
✔ Proven experience in AWP (Advanced Work Packaging), Test Pack coordination, and Commissioning execution
✔ Strong knowledge of construction completion systems, handover procedures, and project controls
✔ Excellent coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Previous GCC / Qatar experience is highly preferred
