• B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Familiar with plant safety standards and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for complex ideas and instructions.
• Experience Required:
• At least 6 years in a similar role within the oil and gas sector, specifically in refineries or petrochemical plants.
• Strong supervisory background and practical supervisory experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Process Safety/Engineering information.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft applications and Engineering Design Software.
• Essential familiarity with Smart Plant P&ID Design, database administration, and troubleshooting.

• Maintain and update P&IDs and PFDs, ensuring data is reportable for piping, instruments, and equipment.
• Timely update of P&IDs and associated data in SPPID for facility changes and modifications.

• Verify P&ID changes, including field verification as necessary.
• Provide updated P&ID information to project engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.
• Create and maintain new P&IDs in SPPID as required.
• Manage drawing activities, including creating instrument loops and checking inconsistency reports.
• Collaborate with discipline engineers to produce accurate As-Built MOC, COE, and TWR updates.
• Conduct QA/QC checks on deliverables from EPC service providers.
• Coordinate with software service providers for software upgrades and issue resolutions.

Fluent knowledge of English language (Speak, Read, and Write).
3 years Diploma in Electronic/Instrumentation or 2 years Diploma in Electronic/Instrumentation after higher secondary school (12th standard).
Minimum Work Experience:
3 years' work experience as an Analyzer Technician in a petrochemical, Oil and Gas plant.

Job Requirements (but not limited to):
Follow plant safety standards and procedures. Be familiar with typical petrochemical plant safety hazards.
Follow standard maintenance procedures.
Follow manufacturer’s troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
Use and care for test and calibration equipment.
Implement good housekeeping practices.
Troubleshoot and repair Process Gas Chromatographs (FID and TC).
