Key Responsibilities

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Reading and interpreting instrumentation drawings and P&IDs
• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
• Supporting shutdown, commissioning, and maintenance activities

Mechanical Supervisors & Technicians

• Supervision and execution of mechanical maintenance and installation activities
• Maintenance of rotating and static equipment including pumps, compressors, valves, heat exchangers, and pipelines
• Planning manpower allocation and coordinating maintenance schedules
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues and ensuring equipment reliability
• Ensuring quality control and safety compliance during project execution

Electrical Supervisors & Technicians

• Installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems
• Troubleshooting motors, switchgear, MCC panels, transformers, and power distribution systems
• Reading electrical drawings and technical documentation
• Supervising electrical maintenance teams and ensuring smooth operations

Candidate Requirements

✅ Relevant technical qualification or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation discipline
✅ Gulf, refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, marine, power plant, or industrial project experience preferred
✅ Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure in multicultural environments
✅ Good communication and teamwork abilities
